Group Size

We suggest that there be 1 adult supervisor per each group of six students.

Teachers and supervisors are responsible for their students at all times. Please arrange for parents or other adults to supervise your students.

Ensure that each of your students has the written permission of their parent or guardian to attend the festival.

Photography is helpful in publicising the success of this event and in promoting our educational initiatives. Members of our staff and media will be taking photos throughout the three day event.

Please ensure that all students attending have signed consent forms.

- ‘Photography’ includes film, video and digital imaging
- ‘Parent’ means someone who has parental responsibilities for a pupil
