Property Information Request

Legal offices, real estate agents, financial institutions, landowners or potential purchasers can submit an Property Information Request Form to find out if a specific piece of property is under the jurisdiction of the SSMRCA for Ontario Regulation 176/06 and/or if any breaches currently exist. Simply download the property information request form and submit it to our office with a fee of $45.00 + HST (Cheque or Cash only). For a quicker response you may choose to fax the inquiry to our office. In response to your inquiry you will receive written confirmation of any applicability of the regulation with respect to the subject property.
